Derek joined BBA Finance in 2019 to lead the firm’s growth in offering its clients bespoke financial solutions to their property funding requirements.

With a 35-year banking background, over 25 of which were spent specialising in real estate finance with high street banks, challenger banks and privately-owned specialist property funders. Derek is well placed to find funding solutions to meet a client’s individual needs.

Outside of work, Derek can be found looking for his golf balls around his local course in Marlborough, enjoying his love of good food, and fine wine and keeping an eye on the rugby scores as a keen Gloucester and England follower.
